Well, it was a Lenovo so...

And strange enough, the warranty on it expired so when I called support apparently Lenovo said, "sorry, we can't tell you what happened." Gee...thanks, Lenovo.

So we had to figure it out on our own...that and Geek Squad helped...it was the motherboard or screen or something like that. In the end, it was most likely the motherboard...so I'll need a new laptop if I ever go to school out of state again, whenever we can afford it...

That's great, just when I was gonna have to get ready for a new semester this Fall. Thankfully, a few things are in my favor:
1) I have my home Desktop Computer, and now it is set up with some of the things I need like Internet, a working printer, etc.
2) The laptop's hard drive is still in tact, so there might be a way of recovering the files on there.
3) I pretty much backed up a majority of my files anyway, only missing a few recent ones and some that I somehow couldn't copy on to my external...:-/
Sooooooooo, just gonna use this older desktop and prepare for this year without a laptop. In the end, it doesn't seem all that bad...just a little irritating.
Until then...Moar SHARK WEEK FO ME!!!!!!
